How do I line up my dock?
Follow the alignment guide. Placement depends on your device and launcher, so check it again after changing wallpaper zoom or scrolling.
Do I have to enable floating controls?
No. Display over other apps permission is optional. You can design and export wallpapers without it.
Why does my wallpaper look different after applying it?
Launchers can crop, zoom, or scroll wallpaper images differently. Check the image crop and home screen zoom in DockCraft, then adjust the layout for your device.
What should I do if an export does not finish?
Try selecting a smaller image or output size, then export again. Images completed before a batch was cancelled remain saved.
How can I share a crash report?
Open Settings and choose Local crash reports. You can review, delete, or share a report yourself. Reports are not uploaded automatically. See the privacy policy for details.
When contacting support, include your Android version, device model, and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords or private images.
